Freeshell 添置了一块 2T 硬盘，现在每天凌晨 3:20 会用 ezvzdump 对所有 freeshell 进行增量备份，备份过程中为保证数据一致性，会暂停 freeshell 几秒钟（所有进程挂起，不会被杀掉）。
